🎸 Tuition Payments

• To keep your lesson time reserved, tuition must be paid by the last day of the month in the month prior to your lesson. For example: February tuition is due by January 31.

🥁 Make-Up Lessons

• If you need to cancel a lesson, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Make-up lessons are never lost—they’re carried over and rescheduled at your own convenience.

• Emergencies will always be accommodated and can sometimes be made up on Zoom.

• Make-up lessons are not deducted from the following month’s tuition.

🎤 Discontinuing Lessons

• If you need to pause or stop lessons for any reason, a minimum of one full month’s notice is required. This gives me time to reorganize my teaching schedule, accommodate new students, and keep everything running well for all. 

• Without this notice, it becomes extremely difficult to manage the studio calendar and prepare financially for the coming month. Your consideration here is truly appreciated.
